…Here
are some things I like on a cloudless Wednesday:
“Sometimes reading about someone’s awful life
can make you feel great about yours.” Isabella Biedneharn
“ Adversity has
the effect of eliciting talents which, in prosperous circumstances, would have
lain dormant.” Horace (65-8 BC) Roman

memory has a mind of its own. Let it go to work. Pay
attention." John Dufresne

“If your ship doesn't come in, swim out to it.” Jonathan Winters
“When times
are good, you appreciate them, and when times are bad, you know they don’t need
to last forever. Instead of sitting there wallowing in it, you get on with it.”

"There
is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's
your own self." Aldous Huxley
